Happy #LibraryShelfie Day
I have been avoiding the digital world for the past few weeks to help preserve my sanity. I have been swimming in the analog paper and glue universe that is my home library. It's very calming and grounding. I love it.
But I did have to log on today to search the social channels for #LibraryShelfie Day. It's such a fun hashtag to follow and see what everyone shares from their homes.
The first photo shows my top-most shelf, above my desk, with the middle section of all the biblio-fiction and bibliomysteries. The shelf below that has books about books and maps as well as the beginnings of the books about books essays and historical perspectives.
Here is a close up of spines on a few library related reads and those books related to maps. It's a fun shelf!
